# EV-AI > EV-AI is a Dutch AI and automation consultancy for entrepreneurs and small businesses, founded and run by Eva Huese. We build a second brain: one place on the client's own computer that holds everything she knows about her business, organised so that AI can work with it. On top of that come workflows that handle recurring work, always with a person at the gate who approves before anything goes out. A Dutch version of this file is at https://ev-ai.nl/llms.txt. ## What always applies These are not promises about effort. They are agreements about how it is built, and you can hold us to them on paper beforehand. - It stays yours. The folder lives on your own computer and your own account, as plain text files, and you take it with you if it ends. - We draft, you send. Nothing ever goes out without a person clicking on it. - The foundation first. We do not build automation on context that is not right. - No special category personal data about your clients in the system: no medical data, no citizen service number (BSN). No passwords in a file. No predictions or profiling of people. - Your data is never used to train anything. Every engagement gets a quarterly check of what has been recorded. - Having more time and spending less money is the promise. We only name a number if it has been measured. - Sometimes our answer is that AI is not the solution here, or that something off the shelf does it for a fraction of the cost. Then we say so. ## Your second brain: the standard process Three meetings, just over four hours together, and after that it is yours. Nobody signs up for a big engagement after one conversation, so it starts small. 1. Getting to know each other, twenty minutes, free. Is this something for you, and why? If not, we say so. 2. Preparation, an hour of your own time: your services, your rates, messages you send, the tasks that come back every week, your house style. Messy is fine. 3. The working session, two hours. First an explanation of what AI is and how this fits together, then an interview about your business. 4. The build, one to two weeks. You do not have to do anything. 5. The handover, two hours, on your own work. 6. A follow-up call, a week later, fifteen minutes. What you then have: - Eight context files that describe your business: what you offer, who you work for, how you sound, what you are strict about, the rules of your profession, your values, your frequently asked questions and your house style. - Three workflows: your recurring tasks, recorded the way you do them. Your calendar and your documents connected. - Your guardrails: what never goes out on its own, tested for real once while you are there. - A backup in your name, and a handover document in plain language, so you can manage without us. What we record now, you never have to do again. When a new model arrives, your context is already there. When a better tool comes along, you connect it and carry on where you were. **Price: €2,950 excl. VAT, one-off, for one person.** The first 90 days of maintenance after the handover are included. After that you choose, cancellable monthly: - DIY, €0 per month. Everything keeps working as it did on the day of handover. - Basic, €95 per month. A round every month: your context files updated, repairs and updates, and the quarterly check by us. - Growth, €165 per month. Everything in Basic, plus a task added or sharpened every month. ## What else we build Everything on the same knowledge of your business, which we record only once. Available separately, priced per proposal. - Chatbot: answers from your own material, for your clients. It says nothing about health. - Dashboard: one screen instead of four places. Who is waiting, which appointment is open, how your programmes are going. - Customer journey: seeing where people drop off, from first contact to completed programme. - Website: built in the order in which someone moves through it, not in the order of a menu. - Operating System: what emerges when the parts know each other and hand work on to each other. You do not buy this. It is what you build towards. This is how such an engagement goes: an introduction, a written proposal with a price, building while you see it working along the way, testing until it has the quality, and going live with the gate closed. Everything passes through you, and you move that boundary yourself. ## Who it is for Entrepreneurs, coaches and health professionals in the Netherlands with an established business. From sole trader to company with a team; a team gets its own proposal. Examples of who we help: lifestyle coaches, orthomolecular therapists, dietitians, hormone coaches, personal trainers, mental coaches and career coaches; trainers and academies; HR and career agencies; photographers, planners and other service businesses that explain the same things again every week. The method is the same for everyone. What differs are the examples and the questions we ask. Not for anyone who still has to figure out how they want to work. We record how someone works; if that is not there yet, there is nothing to record. Where we come from: the health sector. There, your mailbox holds sensitive information about people, you are not allowed to say everything about a complaint, a supplement or a result, and you are often the whole business yourself. We know those boundaries and know where the GDPR really starts in this work. We bring that to every other business. ## Frequently asked questions **Do I need to be technical?** No. You talk, we do the typing. Eva has no programming background herself and taught herself by doing it. **Why is the introduction free and the rest not?** Because in those twenty minutes we also want to know for ourselves whether this suits you. For some people the answer is no, and then you simply hear that. **Does my client data pass through this?** No. Your second brain is about your business, not about your clients. It does read your email, to have replies ready. Whatever is in there about a client is not recorded anywhere. **What do I get for €2,950?** Your business recorded, your workflows done your way, your guardrails tested against the worst case, and 90 days of maintenance. Weigh it against your own number: how often a week do you explain the same thing, and how long does it take you? **What if in a year I want to work with something else?** Then you take everything with you. They are plain text files on your own drive. **Won't this just be built into ChatGPT for free?** Context files and workflows, partly yes. What will not be built in is someone who gets your way of working out of your head properly and sets it up so AI can work with it, and who therefore also guards the privacy boundary. ## Pages - [Home](https://ev-ai.nl/en/): what EV-AI does and for whom, on one screen. - [How it works](https://ev-ai.nl/en/how-it-works.html): the process in six steps, what it costs you in time, the price, the three choices after 90 days, and the frequently asked questions. - [Services](https://ev-ai.nl/en/services.html): the six things we build, from second brain to operating system, and how an engagement goes. - [About](https://ev-ai.nl/en/about.html): who Eva Huese is, from hotel school and a master's in Policy, Communication and Organisation to AI for entrepreneurs. - [Contact](https://ev-ai.nl/en/contact.html): book a twenty-minute intro call, free, or send an email. ## By sector A page per sector with the agents that take over the most work there, explained with a made-up example business.
